We accept returns for items that are purchased at retail price within 14 days of the delivery date, but all sale items are final sale. Merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags attached. If you received your item(s) damaged or have an issue with sizing, please contact our support team, firstname.lastname@example.org.

- Please include in the email your Name, order number, and the reason for return or exchange.

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. In the case of pre-order or reserved items, please refer to the product description for timelines.
Domestic (USA): We offer several shipping options to ensure your items arrive in the desired timeframe. Domestic orders are shipped with your choice of delivery time of 1-10 business days, but may take longer.
International: We offer several shipping options for International customers with delivery times ranging from 3-30 days. International customers are responsible for customs, duties, and VAT charges imposed by their Country. Ghastly is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.
Please Note: If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise refused, GHASTLY will not provide any form of refund nor reship the order.
